Meet Tracey Oringer:

Tracey's reputation for integrity and hard work is based on the fact that she's genuine and forthright. Having lived in Brewster since childhood, Tracey learned early on that on Cape Cod your credibility has a way of following you.

These traits have served her well in becoming one of the areas top producing sales agents. Tracey was the 2007 top listing and top overall sales agent in Kinlin Grovers Brewster office. From 2005 2008, Tracey achieved numerous status awards including premier service, debut, number closed units and gross commission income awards. She currently serves as Director of the Brewster MLS Realtor Tour.

Tracey raised her two children in Brewster as a single mom and
worked for many years at successful high-end country clubs in accounting and eventually as the Clubs Controller. She was a key player on the management teams facilitating the opening and operating of three highly successful private clubs in particular: Cape Cod National Golf Club in Brewster, Black Rock Country Club in Hingham and Old Sandwich Golf Club in Plymouth.
